Arrivals and Departures
Your room will be ready by 15.30 on your day of arrival. If you wish to have the room available earlier, please request this as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Check out is by 10.30 on the day of your departure. Failure to vacate by this time may result in additional charges being levied. It may be possible to extend the time of your departure but only by prior agreement.
Please note we unfortunately (at the moment) do not take credit cards. We are happy to accept cash, cheques or payment by internet BACS (direct bank to bank payment) details on request.
Payment for the full duration of your stay will be required prior to your arrival. If you are paying in cash, settlement in full is requested upon arrival.

We know it can be so disappointing to cancel your well deserved break but sometimes the unexpected happens! We feel we have adopted a very reasonable policy on cancellations and we will try to keep any unnecessary costs to our guests to a minimum.
If you have to cancel:
Please notify us to cancel your booking in writing or by email email@example.com and telephone 01761 479880 by giving at least 5 days notice prior to the commencement of the first nights’ booking. An acknowledgement of your cancellation will be sent to you to confirm your reservation is cancelled.
Cancellations made within the 5 day notice period, will be subject to the full cost of any part of the booking we are unable to recover by re-letting the previously reserved nights. Based on this we will promptly reimburse you any balancing payment owed.
If we have to cancel:
If, in the highly unlikely event, we are forced to cancel your booking for reasons outside our control we will endeavour to find you similar accommodation for the same dates at no extra cost. If we are unable to find comparable alternative accommodation, we will immediately reimburse to you any sums already paid. Please note that we will be under no further obligation or liability for any loses or expense arising from the cancellation.
We strongly advise all our guests to take out travel insurance to avoid incurring a cancellation charge.
We want you and all our guests to relax and enjoy our home and garden. However in the event of any breakages, damage or exceptional cleaning required we will notify the visitor within 48 hours and any costs incurred to rectify damage or replace items will be recovered.
We reserve the right to charge £20.00 for each key lost.
Liability and Insurance
As owners of Radford Villa and Villa’s Loft, neither we, nor our employees, accept any third party liability in respect of negligence, personal injury, loss of life, damage, loss, or accident to personal property. Guests are strongly recommended to ensure their own insurance covers any such loss or damage to themselves, their personal property and effects during their stay. Whilst the pleasure of your stay will not be lessened if you decide not to explore our garden, we should draw your particular attention to potential outside hazards that include unfenced river banks and steep uneven garden steps.

There is a no smoking policy in all inside areas.
